Straight answers on what the package covers, what the venue can hold, and what actually confirms your date.
The venue and the essentials that usually take eight separate suppliers: catering with a managed buffet and servers, ceremony and reception styling, sound and lights with in-house crew, a two-tier cake, full photo and video coverage with a same-day edit, an emcee with a program plan, and on-the-day coordination. Parking, backup power and air-conditioned preparation rooms are included too. All-in means these categories are bundled — it does not mean every wedding expense is covered.
Yes. The All-In Premier Wedding Package is ₱288,000 for 100 guests, and a customised 50-guest version is ₱263,000. Both rates are current as of 30 July 2026 and are confirmed in your written quotation.
Additional preparation or reception hours, use of Forest Hall and its air-conditioning, pre-nup photoshoots, flower upgrades and special-design materials, a wine bar setup, personal assistants, corkage on lechon, mobile bar and outside HMUA, and any outside suppliers or equipment rental. Every one of these is identified in your quotation before you confirm.
The package includes an elegant theme in one motif colour, with Rustic, Victorian and Classic All White as the directions on the current sheet. Bring your references and we will talk through what the documented package scope can deliver and what would need an upgrade.
Forest Hall is enclosed and air-conditioned for 70 guests, available as an add-on at ₱25,000 plus ₱15,000 for the air-conditioning. The groom and bridal preparation rooms on the hill are air-conditioned as standard.
Garden Hall is covered, and Chapel in the Woods is an enclosed ceremony setting. We talk through the weather plan for your specific date and program during the ocular visit rather than applying one rule to every event.
Regular hours run 1:00pm to 10:00pm — four hours for preparation and pictorials, four for ceremony and reception, with half an hour each for ingress and egress. Extra hours are available at ₱2,500 per hour for preparation and ₱5,000 per hour for reception.
Secure private gated parking for 55 to 60 cars with attendants, inside the premises. Electricity is drawn from two barangays with a backup gas-powered generator.
No. Checking a date tells you whether it is open. The date becomes yours only under the current written agreement and its required reservation payment. An inquiry or a venue tour does not hold it.
Outside suppliers need to be disclosed in advance so we can coordinate access and setup. Corkage applies to some categories and is listed in your quotation.
Your coordinator works through a standing checklist with you: final package and event details, menu selection, supplier contacts, coordinator duties, floor plan and guest arrangement, house rules and event-day reminders, essentials to bring, and your guest list, invitation, cake and bouquet references. Each deadline is confirmed with you directly.
Yes. If your family cannot travel, we can walk the property with you on a guided online tour so everyone helping with the decision sees the same thing.
Package rates and add-on figures are current as of 30 July 2026 and are confirmed in your written quotation. Payment, cancellation and postponement terms are set out in the function agreement rather than here.
Whether you’re planning a romantic garden wedding, a grand reception, or a small intimate gathering, we got you. Our team is dedicated to help you make your dream event a reality.
