01 — The package

One plan, one team, one quotation

The All-In Premier Wedding Package covers the venue and the essentials that usually take eight separate suppliers to assemble: catering and buffet service, ceremony and reception styling, sound and lights, a two-tier cake, full photo and video coverage, an emcee with a program plan, and on-the-day coordination.

All-in means these categories are bundled into one plan. It does not mean every wedding expense is covered — upgrades, extra hours and outside suppliers are set out below and confirmed in your quotation before you commit.

02 — What is included

Everything the day needs, already in the plan

Venue and spaces

Use of the garden for pictorials, grand entrance, the romantic dance under the night sky, and as your reception backdrop. One hour for the ceremony setting you choose, three hours indoors in Garden Hall for the reception.

Catering and dining

Managed buffet with servers, lunch or dinner: appetizer, four dishes, soup for 20 VIP guests, unlimited rice, dessert, bottomless iced tea, branded purified water, and wine for the couple and VIP guests. A grazing table with sandwiches, pastries, fruit, a donut wall and overflowing coffee.

Ceremony styling

Your chosen ceremony area styled and set: Chair of Cleopatra, kneeler, podium, small table, officiant chair, 40 Tiffany chairs, elegant artificial flower decor, three unity candles, carpet, and 180 bulb stringlights.

Reception styling

Your theme in your agreed motif, with wedding arcs, large chandeliers, electric fans, elegant chairs for the couple, a special couch for the program, and carpet. Buffet setup, table numbers and labels, presidential and round tables, centerpieces, Tiffany chairs and uniformed waiters.

Sounds and lights

Four wireless and two wired microphones, four large speakers, the in-house sound and lights system with its crew, and a projector with white screen for in-house supplier use.

Photo and video

Full coverage of preparation, ceremony and reception with five professional staff including a dedicated same-day-edit editor, drone and aerial shots, an SDE video screened on the day, and an online album.

Cake, emcee and coordination

A two-tier wedding cake with elegant setup and an edible top tier, a professional emcee with a program plan, and on-the-day coordination with specific duties and responsibilities provided to you in writing.

Parking, power and prep rooms

Secure private gated parking for 55–60 cars with attendants inside the premises, Meralco power from two barangays with a backup gas generator, and groom and bridal rooms on the hill with air-conditioning and toilet and bath.

Inclusions are drawn from the current package sheet and apply inside Mango Hills premises. Dinner is provided by Mango Hills to all in-house staff and in-house suppliers.
03 — Spaces and guest fit

Choose one ceremony setting. Photograph in all of them.

Six outdoor settings and two indoor, all a short walk apart. Your ceremony happens in one of them; the rest of the property is yours for pictorials.

Enclosed and air-conditioned, for a smaller guest list or as a second room on a larger day. Available as an add-on to the package rather than part of the base scope.

A listed capacity is not automatically the most comfortable arrangement. The right setup depends on your guest count, program, comfort needs and weather plan — we walk through all four with you on the ocular.

The package includes an elegant theme style in one chosen motif colour. Bring your references and we will talk through what the documented package scope can deliver, and what would need an upgrade.

06 — How reservation works

Four steps to a held date

Step one
Send an inquiry or book a tour

Message us with your date, event type and rough guest count. We check whether the date is open and reply with the package sheet.

Step two
Walk the garden with us

See the ceremony settings, the halls and the prep rooms in person, or take a guided online tour if family are abroad.

Step three
Review the quotation and agreement

Your quotation sets out the package scope, the spaces, any add-ons and the total. Read it with whoever is helping you decide.

Step four
Confirm the date

The date becomes yours under the current written agreement and its reservation payment. Coordination starts from there.

An inquiry or a venue tour does not reserve your date. Only the current written agreement and its required reservation payment confirm it.

07 — After you confirm

A planning process, not a countdown

Once your date is held, your coordinator works through a standing checklist with you. Nothing is left to be remembered on the morning.

08 — In their words

This deserves more than five stars. My wife and I aren’t really planning a grand wedding (we had this idea that such event would break the bank), but Mango Hills proved us wrong. They showed us that such dream is doable and they made it happen!

09 — Questions

The things couples ask us first

Is there a package for 50 guests?

Yes. A customised 50-guest all-in package is listed at ₱263,000 alongside the 100-guest package at ₱288,000. Both are confirmed in your quotation.

Is there an air-conditioned option?

Forest Hall is enclosed and air-conditioned for 70 guests. It is an add-on at ₱25,000, plus ₱15,000 for the air-conditioning. The prep rooms on the hill are air-conditioned as standard.

What is the plan if it rains?

Garden Hall is covered, and Chapel in the Woods is an enclosed ceremony setting. We talk through the weather plan for your specific date and program during the ocular.

Can we bring outside suppliers?

Outside suppliers need to be disclosed in advance so we can coordinate access and setup. Corkage applies to some categories and is listed in your quotation.

How long do we have the venue?

Regular hours run 1:00pm to 10:00pm — four hours for preparation and pictorials, four for ceremony and reception, with half an hour each for ingress and egress. Extra hours are available.

Does checking a date confirm it?

No. Checking a date tells you whether it is open. It becomes yours only under the current written agreement and its reservation payment.

Let's begin with a visit

See the garden, walk through the spaces, and review the current package with the people helping you make the decision.

A tour or date inquiry does not confirm a booking. The current written agreement and its reservation payment do.
